  Directions: Follow the A30 into Cornwall past Launceston and take the exit marked Bodmin, follow the road around over the A30 past Gul on the right and Asda Supermarket. At the junction turn right towards the town centre, at the bottom of the hill at the roundabout (adjacent to the church on the right), take the last exit right onto the ring road which takes you around the town centre. On leaving Bodmin you will arrive at a set of mini roundabouts - go straight through onto Westheath Avenue (bus stop on left and church on right). Carry on for 500 yards approximately taking the first turning on your right past the filling station on your left sign posted for Nanstallon/Ruthernbridge. Past the new Hospital on the right, take the second left turn (which is on a very sharp right hand bend) into Stoney Lane and signed Nanstallon/Ruthernbridge. Down the hill under a small Railway Bridge, follow the road up a narrow hill section and within 200 yards just before the village 30-mile limit signs - Tregarthen Cottages are on your left, with an Oak Tree at the entrance.
